"UrbaNets" is a research on mobility, time, facilities, and urban networks, and our proposal aims to identify and project relevant environments, which respond to the needs of the Urban Nomad. We have chosen three sites, Victoria Station, Paddington Station, and Liverpool St. Station, the connective hubs to the main airports of London. Our derivation of the structure for the project at each site is informed by the trajectories of pedestrian movement on the site. The basic concept of the program assumes that the facilities are modular and movable within an infra-structural territory. Thus, the tectonics should allow and mediate the movement of modules (and hence facilities) depending on factors like trajectories, time, programs etc that are inherent parameters of the proposal.
